ROUXMESNIL RUNNING
Ouverte à tous, quel que soit l’âge ou le niveau sportif, l’association propose des séances encadrées de course à pied et de marche sportive permettant à chacun de progresser à son rythme tout en partageant un moment agréable.
Les rendez-vous hebdomadaires sont fixés :
le lundi à 18h30 pour la marche sportive
le mardi et le jeudi à 19h00 pour la course à pied

Le club propose aux jeunes qui le souhaitent, 3 essais gratuits au stand de tir, les bénévoles seront ravis de les accueillir en toute sécurité pour les initier à un sport qui demande concentration, réflexion et précision et accessible à tous dès l’âge de 9 ans (8 ans selon la morphologie).
